Congolese anglophone urban music Sensation Fally Ipupa, is finally out with his first solo single titled " La Vie Est Belle" meaning (Sweet Life) from the his up-coming third album “Power”, The album is a double disc affair which will feature one disc for the traditional Rumba fans and another with more urban music tendencies.
