Ok, what happened. Could you believe... Justin Bieber leans over a balcony and spits at his fans coming over for his show.
Personally, i think his drunk. The star shocked many on Thursday as he was photographed spitting over a hotel balcony onto a crowd of waiting fans. He was hurling saliva over them ahead of his concert in Toronto, Canada as his amused friends looked on laughing
