According to The Nation Newspaper, Funke Akindele says her marriage is still intact and is threatening to court the case.
The message she sent reads;
“I read in the newspaper yesterday that I am divorced. What proof do you have? And I am taking this to court because my marriage is intact. You guys are rumour mongers. Funke Akindele Oloyede.”
Meanwhile, her husband has deleted the post insinuating their breakup on his facebook wall.

But what could have gone wrong? It seems Mr Kehinde Oloyede, the estranged husband of popular Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele is out on a mission to ridicule her by all means possible.
In his reaction to why he broke up with his wife on Facebook, Mr Oloyede said: “I did so to catch Funke Akindele’s attention”!
So, how come he had to announce their break up on Facebook to catch his wife’s attention? Could it be that she has not been giving him attention, especially in the bedroom, as his wife?
Source hinted that Funke Akindele actually parked out of their home about two months ago, leaving her husband in the cold.

No rumours, this is true. Over a year after tying the knot with Kehinde Oloyede, Funke Akindele's marriage has ended. Kehinde Oloyede shared the news of their split on his Facebook page (which he has since deleted). He wrote:
"It’s with heavy heart that am announcing the separation of me nd ma wife Mrs olufunke akindele,we’ve both agreed to go our separate ways coz of irreconcilable differences.we still best of friends nd we 4ever remain gud friends.
"Am doing just fine, gettn along without u,don't need u anymore in ma life.u d greatest mistake av made in recent time.
Star Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele Oloyede was recently spotted with her elder sister, Ayo Ola Muhammad. Her elder sister has worked as a journalist with several organizations, including City People and Fame magazine. She currently manages a media company named NeeCee Entertainment.
