Kim is on another procedure after her blood facial called vampire facials where blood is extracted from other parts of the body and injected in the face.
Now she has needles sticking out of her face, ears and neck? it looks painful though!
This is a chinese procedure called acupuncture where needles are dotted allover face and neck.
Beauty is indeed pain. lol. She's looking younger indeed
