Pastor’s wife defiles 14-year-old

Wife of free-lance pastor and Prophet Enoch Jenkins has found herself on the wrong side of the law for allegedly defiling a 14 year old boy and later threatening to terminate his life should the latter go public to narrate his ordeal.
According to the traumatized teenager (name withheld), who hails from Benin, he was forced to have sex with the woman, Mrs. Joyce Jesse Jenkins “When she was pregnant with her fourth child and also after delivery.”
He said it all started at a certain prayer camp where the Jenkins family were staying after they moved from their residence at Gbawe in Accra in search of an appointment.
Narrating his ordeal to this paper, the boy now 15 years old, recalled that “it all started one day when Prophet went for a meeting and I was left alone with mummy.”
He disclosed that after her husband had left their living quarters for that meeting, he was invited by the woman into her room and told to massage her stomach since she was having contractions.

In his testimony, the victims disclosed that thereafter, it became a usual routine for him to massage the pregnant Mrs. Jenkins.
However, he was asked during one of the subsequent sessions not just to massage the stomach but also her sex organ with his thumb.
Although he was scared and unsure of the task he was asked to perform, he was given guidance by the desiring Mrs. Jenkins on how to do it. He told this paper of how Mrs. Jenkins threatened to kill him should he ever tell anybody about their secret. To make her point clear to him, “Mrs. Jenkins beat me up, threw objects at me and starved me most of the time”.
The family later relocated to Ashalley Botwe also in Accra and the victim again recalled some of his ordeals. He said “sometime after mummy had delivered her fourth baby and Prophet had left the house for a meeting, mummy asked me to come and wash her undies and brassieres for her in her room. She then gave me a book about sex and told me to sit on the toilet seat and then she sat on me and put my penis into her private part.”
The abuse did not stop at their Botwe residence but continued at their East Legon residence as well.
The boy after a long period of surviving the abuse was approached by another “brother” who also lived in the house. He was advised to leave the house and has since then been putting up with one pastor Felix Owusu Antwi.
Felix in his part advised the boy to tell the prophet about the abuse he had endured from Mrs. Jenkins and also let him know his decision to live with him (Felix).
Things turned around when yesterday, the prophet and his wife lodged a complaint at the Domestic Violence and Victims Support Units (DOVVSU) in Accra, accusing Felix of having trafficked the victim.
Efforts to reach the Jenkins have proved futile as all their cell phones have been switched off.
The officer in charge of their case when contacted denied knowledge of the victim’s case. She told this paper “I don’t know anything about what you are saying.”
Recalling the circumstance under which he was brought to Ghana in 2006 at the age of nine, the victim said he went to church (Action Chapel, Benin) one day while in Benin and while ministering, Prophet Jenkins told the boy that God wanted to use him greatly and so had to bring the boy to Ghana to live with him and his family. The mother of the boy, also the only parent, agreed to the prophet’s instruction and tagged along with the prophet with her son to Ghana in 2006.
Although he did not remember the exact month he was brought into the country, he clearly remembered that his mother lived with them for only three days and returned to Benin. The next time he heard from his mother was in 2007 and after that, was informed by his Jenkins family that his mother had gone mad and has since not seen or heard from her.
He also mentioned the Jenkin’s refusal to enroll him in school explaining that “school is not the only means through which you can be successful.” He said he was withdrawn from the Crown and Glory School he was attending in 2009 and so stopped at class five and had since been the cook, nanny and cleaner of the house as well as Mrs. Jenkins sex toy until he decided to live with Pastor Felix.
When contacted, Mrs. Jenkins told this paper “What you heard is not true; it is stories and lies. I have been asked by the CID investigators not to talk about this so if you need further information, come to the CID office”
