Oprah Winfrey is back as the No.1 most powerful celebrity in the world as perceived in a list recently released by Forbes, a position the US Billionaire Talk show host held four times before. She was runner up in 2011 and 2012.
Forbes calculates celebrity's earnings on income from tours, books, contracts, endorsements, movies and residuals, plus presence on social media and in the press for their placing.
